Returns & Refund Policy

At CIGNITE, we are committed to delivering premium-quality rechargeable lighters and providing an exceptional customer experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns & Refund Policy below.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • Your return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product is unused, unmodified, and returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.

Returns may not be accepted if:

  • The lighter has been used or shows signs of wear.

  • The product has been damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or accidental damage.

  • The return request is made after the 7-day return window.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Include the following information:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photos or a short video showing the issue

  • Photos of the product packaging (if applicable)

After verification, we will offer one of the following:

  • A free replacement

  • A full refund

  • Store credit (where applicable)


4. Return Process

If your return request is approved:

  • Our support team will provide return instructions.

  • Securely pack the product in its original packaging.

  • Ship the item using the courier instructions provided by our team.

Please do not return any item without prior approval, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (incorrect item, damaged product, or manufacturing defect), CIGNITE will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through:

    • Bank Transfer

    • Original Payment Method (where applicable)

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


7. Product Replacement

Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded when:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The item was damaged during shipping.

Replacement products are shipped at no additional cost once the claim has been approved.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

9. Warranty Claims

If your rechargeable lighter develops a manufacturing defect covered under our warranty, please contact our support team with:

  • Order Number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or a video demonstrating the problem

Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover:

  • Physical damage

  • Water damage

  • Misuse or improper handling

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Normal wear and tear


10. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used products

  • Products with physical or accidental damage

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Orders returned after the 7-day return period

  • Change of mind after delivery


11. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
